in a responsible manner which assures the health, safety and security of people, the preservation of the environment and the quality of our service.<\/p>\n<p>The Company shall comply with all health, safety, environmental, security, legal, quality and regulatory requirements applicable in the countries where we operate and strive to attain our goal of <strong>&#8220;zero harm to people, assets and the environment&#8221;.<\/strong> <strong>We will achieve this by:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Entrusting the management of our barges to professional ship managers which operate under strict HSEQ policies and procedures;<\/li>\n<li>Chartering our barges only to reputable first class Oil and Gas clients;<\/li>\n<li>Selecting competent and HSEQ conscious contractors to support the Company;<\/li>\n<li>Hiring experienced professionals to run and supervise our Company\u2019s daily operations;<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that HSEQ incidents are transparently reported, adequately investigated and that appropriate lesson are learned;<\/li>\n<li>Inspecting our barges at regular intervals; and<\/li>\n<li>Running the Company in a financially sound
